Privacy Policy

Pixelsize ("we") provides Rocket Tide for Android, package com.pixelsize.rocket. This policy explains how information is handled in the game and on this support page.

Progress stored on your device

Rocket Tide does not require a game account. Mission results, medals, replay ghosts, preferences, cosmetic unlocks, remaining rewarded flights and gameplay counters are saved on your device. The game also keeps reward records and, when purchases are available, signed purchase receipts to manage unlocks and prevent duplicate rewards.

The game does not upload your saved player profile to a developer-operated server. Gameplay counters and development performance logs stay local; we have not connected a separate analytics service for them.

Optional rewarded advertising

The game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads in the Hangar. Opening the Hangar may prepare an ad before you choose to watch it. Watching an ad unlocks a selected rocket finish for five flights; the campaign and retries remain available without watching ads.

Google's advertising SDK collects and shares IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location; app and ad interactions; performance diagnostics; and device or account identifiers. These may include the Android advertising ID, app set ID and applicable signed-in account identifiers. The purposes include advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Collection depends on SDK settings and consent. Data sent by the advertising SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Advertising choices

Where required, Google's consent form is presented before ads are prepared. You can revisit your choices through Menu → Hangar → Ad privacy when that option is available. You can also manage your advertising ID in Android's privacy settings. Declining consent may affect which ads are available.

Google Play purchases

Where the Supporter pack is offered, Google Play processes payments. The game receives product identifiers, purchase state, purchase tokens and signed receipts to verify and restore ownership. We do not receive your payment card details. Google handles store transactions under its own policies.

Permissions

The game does not request your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. Network access supports advertising and store services; vibration supports haptic feedback. Ad services may infer approximate location from your IP address without a precise location permission.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Correspondence is handled through our email service and kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet any applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence that no longer needs to be retained.

Retention and deletion

Local game information remains until you clear Rocket Tide's app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. This removes local progress, reward records and cached receipts. Eligible purchases may be restored through Google Play; clearing game storage does not erase Google's transaction history or refund a purchase. We cannot remotely access or delete a player profile stored only on your device.

Google manages information collected through its services under its policies and account controls. Clearing local storage does not delete information already held by Google.

Your privacy requests

You can contact us about information you have provided to us, including access, correction or deletion requests. Depending on your location, your rights may also include portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to your local data protection authority.

This web page

This page is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Firebase processes visitor IP addresses to detect abuse and provide usage information, retaining them for a few months as described in Firebase's privacy documentation. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, cookies, embedded media or external fonts to this page.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its date when our data handling changes, and communicate material changes as required.
